They say, when you know, you just know. This is certainly true for Ariana Grande, 24, and Pete Davidson, 24, as they recently got engaged after dating for only a few weeks. However, not everyone is convinced they’re in it for the long haul. One fan hilariously pointed out that The Weeknd liked a comment that savagely dissed Ariana and Pete’s relationship. “I’m calling it now. He is either going to end up with a restraining order from her, or he will end up pulling an OJ Simpson. This is not going to end well,” the comment read. Ouch! Jamie Foxx is being accused of slapping a woman with his penis nearly 16 years ago. The woman recently went to the police with her allegations and Jamie, by way of his attorney, says it’s all a lie. via TMZ: The alleged assault happened in Las Vegas back in 2002. According to law enforcement, the accuser told cops last week she and a friend were attending a party at Jamie’s place when he tried to get her to perform oral sex. She claims when she refused, Jamie struck her in the face with his penis. The accuser tells us … after the alleged assault, one of Jamie’s friends told her she had to get out of the house. Trey Songz Sued By Woman Claiming He Left Her With Mental and Physical Injuries Following a Photo Op Altercation

Trey Songz has already been accused of assaulting two women who tried to take a picture of him in Philly last year, but now one of the women is suing. via TMZ: According to docs, the singer went after the woman in the parking lot of Vanity Grand Cabaret last year in Philly. She says her cousin tried to snap the photo, but Trey wasn’t having it.  In the suit, obtained by TMZ, she says Trey grabbed and twisted her arm and wrist. She says the episode sent her into a depression and she’s had to get psychiatric treatment. As for her physical injuries, she says they could end up causing “cosmetic disfigurement.” She’s suing for medical expenses and other damages. If this case sounds familiar it’s because her cousin fired off the first lawsuit at Trey back in December. We’ve reached out to Trey, so far no word back. Trey was definitely in the wrong — but this suit sounds incredibly dramatic.

Say What Now? Photographer Dies After Being Swept Away by Flood Waters While Taking Photos in Storm Drain

30-year-old photographer, Rebecca Bunting, was fatally swept away in a storm drain during a flash flood last weekend. Rebecca and her boyfriend were inside a sewer by Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia taking photos  when a rush of water came through and dragged them both down the system, police say. via People: The man was able to pull himself out, but Bunting was swept away. A neighbor told 6 ABC that he heard a man screaming for help Saturday night. He said he ran outside to find Bunting’s boyfriend screaming her name by the water. A rescue team found her body around 10:45 a.m. on Sunday, trapped under furniture left in Pennypack Creek near Philadelphia’s Holmesburg neighborhood.  In the wake of the death, Bunting’s boyfriend remembered her in a pair of Instagram posts. “I’m glad I got to make so many memories with her. T.I. Ordered to Pay Restaurant Employees $75,000 in Unpaid Wages

T.I. has to fork over $75,000 in unpaid wages for his employees who lost their jobs when his restaurant shuttered. via TMZ: Tip just settled with 9 of 11 employees who went after him after his Scales 925 shut down in 2016. Each will get $8,333.33 in unpaid money … totaling about $75,000. The rapper is also on the hook for another $25,000 in attorney’s fees — do the math and it’s right around $100,000. As for his part — T.I. claimed he wasn’t a bad restaurant owner — he says he put a manager in charge who siphoned money to line his own pockets.
