Congratulations are in order! According to  Us Weekly , Dwayne Johnson and his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian are expecting their first child together. Not much else is known at the moment, but a source revealed to the magazine that Dwayne and Lauren, who began dating in 2007, are over the moon. Kanye West  is still holding a grudge against  New York Fashion Week  creator  Fern Mallis . The rapper-designer had the who’s who of the fashion community seated front row at his secretive Yeezy Season 2 collection with Adidas at Skylight Modern on Wednesday, but Mallis was noticeably absent. “I was hoping to go to his show actually to see it . . . Scott Disick  was 3 sheets to the wind Thursday as he left The Nice Guy in West Hollywood just before 2 AM ... and he clearly struggled to resolve a perplexing female situation.  Two women were in Scott's car when he approached, and he seemed annoyed. What's unclear ... was he pissed that they were random chicks in waiting, or that they were in his seat. Either way, Scott decided they'd do, but only if they were in their proper place.

Chris Brown  is at the center of an assault investigation after a woman claimed she was forcibly thrown off his tour bus in Colorado ... TMZ has learned.  The incident went down Monday night outside Platinum 84 Gentleman's Club in Denver where Chris,  French Montana , and  Fetty Wap  were shooting a new music video. We're told a woman, who was not part of the production, claims she was forcibly thrown off Brown's bus after refusing to give up her cell phone. There were strict "no cell phone" rules, because no one wanted video or photos secretly shot. The woman also claims her cell phone was broken in the melee.  Law enforcement sources tell us the woman filed a report for 3rd degree assault ... and cops say Chris and his entourage are "persons of interest."  We're told cops have surveillance footage from the strip club, which shows the woman leaving the bus. Cops want to interview Brown and his posse. 

This giant fish was pulled out of the ocean near the site of the Fukushima nuclear accident. The vast fish looks prehistoric with its gaping mouth and vast head. Japanese fisherman Hirasaka Hiroshi tweeted a photo of himself with his catch saying it was a wolffish. He wrote: "It was worth flying to [Hokkaido] twice within three months. This guy is super cool." Wolffish commonly live in the Pacific and Atlantic ocean and as deep sea dwellers they rarely are seen away from the ocean floor. Normally growing to about 1 metre, Hiroshi's find measured closer to two metres. Hiroshi said he landed the catch on Hokkaido island - just north of mainland Japan - and near Russian waters. It is also not far from the site of the 2011 Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster, raising questions about the ecological impact.

A bridesmaid-to-be looking forward to her best friend’s wedding has told how her life was destroyed after she was raped by the groom – and then shunned by his bride for exposing his vile attack. Royal Army Medical Corps officer Daniel Howard , 29, was jailed last week for seven years. Comedian and "The League" star Steve Rannazzisi has admitted that he lied about escaping the Twin Towers 14 years ago during the attacks of  9/11 . In past interviews, the actor said he was working as an account manager at  Merrill Lynch  in the South Tower when the first tower was hit. According to an interview in  2009 with Marc Maron , he explained back then that he got to the streets before the second plane hit and before both towers collapsed. "I worked on the 54th floor of the second tower," he told Maron, adding Port Authority told his co-workers "everything's being taken care of" and to remain where they were on that day. He said he didn't listen and left the building. In his descriptive story, Rannazzisi even describes where he was standing when the second plane hit. Caitlyn Jenner has filed paperwork to make her name and gender transition official, but she has requested privacy accommodations citing threats she has received. The Olympic gold medalist who was born as Bruce Jenner filed a name and gender-change petition on Tuesday in Los Angeles. She is seeking a private hearing to officially change her name to Caitlyn Marie Jenner and gender to female. Jenner, 65, is seeking the change "to better match my identity," the filing states. It was released Wednesday so a judge could consider Jenner's request to file portions of the application under seal. Some details in the released petition were redacted after Jenner's attorneys sought to keep certain personal details private, citing concerns about threats made against her. "Although public support for my transition has been overwhelmingly supportive, I am also receiving unwelcome negative attention from private citizens, including threats of bodily harm," Jenner wrote in a

The Texas teen who was arrested after school officials mistook his homemade invention for a bomb says he plans to transfer schools and is on his way to the White House. "I guess everyone knows I'm the one who built a clock and got into a lot of trouble for it," Ahmed Mohamed, 14, said in a news conference today. "I built the clock to impress my teacher, but when I showed her, she was threatened by it." Ahmed, a high school freshman at MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas, was taken into police custody Monday when his homemade digital clock was mistaken for a bomb by school officials and the police. "In terms of what he [Ahmed] said, he told the officers that it was a clock," Chief Larry Boyd of the Irving Police Department told ABC News today. A serial subway pervert outed by a social media savvy straphanger’s Instagram post has been busted, police sources said Wednesday. Reggie Frank, 44, of Brooklyn, was snapped masturbating by Tiffany Jackson on a 3 train in Downtown Brooklyn on Sept. 6. “He seemed like a pro at this,” the 33-year-old said. “I’m just happy he was caught.” Frank was nabbed Tuesday and arraigned on public lewdness charges for exposing himself to another woman on the N/R line near Union Square Aug. 15, police sources said. He was also identified in the incident involving Jackson, police sources said. Charges for that crime were pending. Jackson criticized the MTA after a conductor sent her to a nonexistent booth to file a report.
