Kim dressed up as a mermaid back in 2012 for a NYC Halloween party. We're told Kylie's going to show way more skin. And Kylie's kostume will be festooned with beads and rhinestones. Columbus Short has managed to avoid going to jail stemming from his brutal assault case. IF you recall, back in March 2014 he beat up a man and broke his nose. via TMZ : Short pled no contest on Thursday to felony assault for knocking out a guy at a West L.A. restaurant in March 2014. As we previously reported … Short broke the victim’s nose, leaving him bloodied and unconscious. The ex “Scandal” star was immediately sentenced to 3 years probation, 60 days community labor, and 26 anger management classes. He will also have to pay restitution to the victim.

Former “American Idol” contestant Corey Clark is back in the news, but once again it’s not for his singing. The 35-year-old was arrested on charges of aggravated harassment and violation of a court order on Thursday in Yuma, Ariz., reports the Wrap . According to the website, the arrest follows a Sept. 17 incident at the Yuma County Court where Clark confronted a man he believed was in a relationship with his estranged wife. Clark’s ex told authorities that the singer had violated a court order that he only contact her by email or through a third party, and even then only in regards to the former couple’s children. The Wrap also reports that she told police that Clark was stalking her after he followed her to a restaurant and watched her “for hours while she ate.” Clark was infamously kicked off the second season of “American Idol” for failing to disclose his arrest record to producers. Federal agents seized more than 360 pounds of cocaine found in a shipment of Costa Rican pumpkins and squash at the Port of Philadelphia — making it the eighth-largest cocaine seizure the port has ever seen. via AP : Officials say the drugs, which have a combined street value of more than $6 million, were found in thin packages lining the inside of the boxes. The shipment arrived on the bulk carrier Santa Maria and was destined to a distributor in New York City. An on-site test by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials determined the substance was cocaine. Author Paul Alexander documents an affair Dean had with Oscar-winning actress Page while they were appearing on Broadway in “The Immoralist.” The couple often ended up together in a brass bed, which inspired Dean to make a series of drawings for Page that she cherished. The showmance ended only when Dean left to shoot “East of Eden” for Elia Kazan. “According to my mother, the affair went on for 3 ¹/₂ months,” Angelica Page, Geraldine’s daughter, is quoted as saying. “I believe they were artistic soul mates.”

T-Boz is about to be a mom two-times-over because she's adopting a kid. According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the TLC member spilled the beans while getting grilled by an attorney in a $40 million lawsuit over a TLC movie. Boz was asked if she had any communication regarding the lawsuit with group-mate Chilli  and she said their only contact was when they shared the baby news. This will be T-Boz's second kid ... the 45-year-old has a 14-year-old daughter with rapper Mack 10 . T-Boz told Larry King  in 2012 -- after the earthquake-- she was interested in adopting a child from Haiti.

Yesterday was a good day for Caitlyn Jenner. A California judge officially approved Cait’s name and gender change. She’ll now be granted a new birth certificate that reflects both her recognized gender and name. via E! : According to the documents previously filed on Sept. 15, Caitlyn requested her name be changed from William Bruce Jenner to Caitlyn Marie Jenner. She listed the reason for her name change as “to better match my identity” and signed the documents Bruce Jenner.  Congrats Caitlyn Marie!

Rick Ross has countersued his former groundskeeper, Jonathan Zamudio, who claims the rapper pistol-whipped him. Ross, who’s free on $2 million bail after a week in jail, is calling Zamudio’s allegations “a money grab” and “shakedown.” He also claims Zamudio and another plaintiff in the case against him, Leonardo Caceres, were stealing his lawn equipment, driving his cars and partying at his “uninhabitable guesthouse” outside Atlanta, where they “may have been carrying on criminal activity.”

  Fans of Sister Sledge may only be seeing three of the four siblings when they perform for Pope Francis in Philadelphia on Saturday. The concert is promoting the entire group, but lead singer Kathy says her sisters are keeping her from performing after a falling out over her solo project a few years ago. “She’s been trying to reconcile, but, for whatever reason, they’re continuing to push her away,” Kathy’s agent Carlos Keyes told Page Six. “She’s been trying to make peace with them . . . Anthony Anderson may have the perfect on-screen relationship with his black-ish costar Tracee Ellis Ross, but his real-life marriage of 20 years is unfortunately coming to an end. Alvina Stewart, who wed Anthony in 1995 (the two were high school sweethearts), has filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause. Milan Fashion Week is currently in full swing, and Nicki Minaj made sure to turn heads this evening at the Givenchy dinner party. The rap superstar, who mingled with Riccardo Tisci, Donatella Versace, Naomi Campbell and more, donned several looks from Givenchy, including a gorgeous white minidress and custom catsuit with embellishments. Kim Zolciak 's mini-stroke was far more serious than anyone thought ... we've learned she had a heart procedure following the TIA and could have died. As we reported, Kim had the mini-stroke in Atlanta, hours after appearing on "Dancing with the Stars." She had lost feeling on one side and her ability to speak, but it was only temporary.  Kim has told friends that doctors thought she could be released almost immediately, but a test revealed there was a more serious, underlying heart issue. Doctors kept her in the hospital and she told friends the docs performed a procedure Friday. We do not know the nature of the problem or what doctors did to correct it.  We're told Kim would never have known about the heart issue had she not gone into the hospital for the TIA. And doctors told Kim if the heart problem were left untreated, it could have become life-threatening. As for Kim's status on "Dancing with the Stars," our sources say it&
