A woman frantically chased after a pedal pushing crook who snatched the phone from her hands as she crossed an East Village street, a dash-cam video reveals. A video shows the woman casually strolling across East 7th Street and Avenue C while looking down at the cell phone at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. That’s when the culprit on a red bicycle swept by and snatched the cell phone right out of her hands, cops said. The victim dashed after the thief, and was joined in the pursuit by a man on a Citibike. The suspect slipped away with her Galaxy Note 4, cops said.

John Stamos  has entered rehab for substance abuse. The 51-year-old actor has checked himself into a residential program,  People magazine reported . Last month the “Fuller House” actor was  charged with a DUI  in Beverly Hills and was taken to the hospital due to a possible medical condition. He  tweeted a thank you note  to his fans for support a few days after the incident saying he was “home & well” and “Very appreciative of the BHPD & Cedars for their care.” He is set to appear before a judge for the charges on Sept. 11. A rep for Stamos asked for privacy and had no further comment.

You remember the gist about Jared Fogle and those child porn tapes. Well he's back again.  Jared Fogle  isn’t behind bars because the FBI has nothing on him ... according to his camp. Fogle's legal team tells us there's a very good reason we didn't see the feds marching the ex-Subway spokesman out of his Indiana home this week. They say they're confident the FBI raid turned up nothing that incriminates Fogle. It's unclear where the investigation stands -- we reached out to the U.S. attorney’s office, and they were extremely tight-lipped ... not even acknowledging there's a probe.  Fact is, Jared isn't in custody ... but the damage has been done -- Subway quickly  suspended its relationship  with him, and charities have run for the hills.

Chris Brown 's new $4.5 million pad in the San Fernando Valley is huge ... but it's still not big enough for all his kicks. While the 8,317 sq. ft. pad has 6 bedrooms, Breezy's converted one room into a walk-in closet and even dropped the photo below to prove it. Brown purchased the home in May in a residential, family-orientated part of Tarzana ... perhaps with his baby girl,  Royalty,  in mind. However, the perks make it sound like the perfect party pad. There's a soundproof home theater with 14 recliners, 3 fire pits and a 10 car motor court. It's got panoramic views of the city and the Santa Monica Mountains, a saltwater pool with island and waterfall, and an insane 16-camera security system ... to keep out all those  obsessed naked fans .

Caitlyn Jenner no go kill me. Na wa oh Caitlyn Jenner  went hand-to-hand in the 'hood during a Pride event -- handing out condoms to her fans. It's pretty impressive ... in the middle of NYC's Pride weekend a couple of weeks ago -- when Caitlyn  was the toast of the town  -- she took a low-key trip to a shady part of Brooklyn to volunteer with the TransLatina Coalition. As you might expect ... she was swarmed by fans wanting pics, but we're told she politely turned them down, and it was clear she wasn't there for publicity -- just to work for the community. So, instead of selfies ... she handed out condoms and flyers for community events addressing the prevention of HIV. We're guessing you'll see some of this play out when “I Am Cait” premieres later this month.
