Adetokunbo Sijuwade, the son of the late Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, on Wednesday officially announced the death of the monarch, saying he would be buried on Friday. Addressing newsmen at the Government Office in Osogbo, the younger Sijuwade said that the body of the late monarch would be flown in from London on Thursday and buried on Friday at 10 a.m. Also speaking, Gov. Rauf Aregbesola said the “ late Ooni represented the Yoruba nation and has done a lot in uplifting the traditional institution in the state.” Aregbesola, who read the last text message he received from the Ooni at the briefing, said the late monarch informed him of his frail health, adding that he was travelling to London for treatment. Rita Momoh, said that the accused committed the offence sometime in November 2014 at Jaja Hall toilet of the University of Lagos, Akoka. A Croatian surveyor who came to Egypt seeking work to support his family was beheaded by ISIS terrorists three weeks after he was taken hostage outside Cairo. A stomach-turning photo of  Tomislav Salopek , 30, was circulated Wednesday via social media, showing the gruesome aftermath of the execution. The killing marked the first ISIS execution of a foreign captive in Egypt since the terrorist group arrived in the nation last year. Nicole Rhodes, 40, said she had been taunted by bigots in her Youngstown, Ohio, neighborhood for about three weeks, when she first saw a menacing note taped on her beauty salon. State police say an April bingo benefit raised $14,000 for the Miss Pennsylvania U.S. International pageant winner. Troopers are asking the public to come forward if they have donated money to Weaver-Gates. Butler’s Beauties, the company that sponsors the pageant, says in a Facebook page statement that they were also “led to believe that she was dealing with this horrible disease” and are making her return her crown and sash. An 85-year-old violin teacher is accused of molesting a student at his studio in Gainesville, Ga., police said Tuesday. Leon Messerlian, the owner of the Oxford Academy of Classical Studies, faces charges of child molestation, sexual battery and enticing a child for indecent purposes,  according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office . Messerlian allegedly preyed on a 12-year-old student for the past five years,  the Gainesville Times reported .
