Adetokunbo Sijuwade, the son of the late Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, on Wednesday officially announced the death of the monarch, saying he would be buried on Friday. Addressing newsmen at the Government Office in Osogbo, the younger Sijuwade said that the body of the late monarch would be flown in from London on Thursday and buried on Friday at 10 a.m. Also speaking, Gov. Rauf Aregbesola said the “ late Ooni represented the Yoruba nation and has done a lot in uplifting the traditional institution in the state.” Aregbesola, who read the last text message he received from the Ooni at the briefing, said the late monarch informed him of his frail health, adding that he was travelling to London for treatment. A commercial motorcyclist, Moses Ayodeji, 40, on Wednesday pleaded with an Ojo Customary Court to dissolve his 10-year-old marriage because of his wife’s tendency to ‘over-sleep’. Here's the story i came across A 30- year-old unemployed man, Emeji Christopher, was on Wednesday charged before a Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly sucking the genitals of a child. Emeji, whose address is unknown, is facing a charge of indecent treatment of a child. He pleaded not guilty to the charge. But the prosecutor, Insp. Rita Momoh, said that the accused committed the offence sometime in November 2014 at Jaja Hall toilet of the University of Lagos, Akoka. She said the accused tricked the nine-year-old into one of the toilets in the hall where he sucked his genitals. “The police have been on the lookout for the accused following a report by his parents. “The accused was only apprehended recently after he was seen roaming the university aimlessly.’’ Momoh noted that the offence contravened Section 135 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011. A Croatian surveyor who came to Egypt seeking work to support his family was beheaded by ISIS terrorists three weeks after he was taken hostage outside Cairo. A stomach-turning photo of  Tomislav Salopek , 30, was circulated Wednesday via social media, showing the gruesome aftermath of the execution. The killing marked the first ISIS execution of a foreign captive in Egypt since the terrorist group arrived in the nation last year. Though not officially confirmed, the picture showed a man dressed in the same beige jumpsuit that Salopek wore in a prior video released by his cruel captives. Salopek was married with two children. The body of the hostage in the photo was flanked by an Islamic State flag and a knife stuck alongside him in the sand. An Ohio woman is in fear of her life after she received a racist and threatening letter, and her truck was mysteriously torched. Nicole Rhodes, 40, said she had been taunted by bigots in her Youngstown, Ohio, neighborhood for about three weeks, when she first saw a menacing note taped on her beauty salon. "We don't want you here black b----," it read. "Don't get burnt up in there." Then on Monday, she watched in shock as her 2006 Ford pickup truck was engulfed in flames on the same property.
