Chris Brown Gets Himself Trapped in Philippines. Misses Hong Kong Show

Chris Brown got himself trapped in the Philippines on account of his past behaviour, but luckily he was able to talk his way out of being able to leave the country.
Here’s what went down:
Brown played a show in the country Tuesday night, but when he tried to leave Wednesday morning for his next show in Hong Kong … he was blocked from doing so by the Philippine Department of Justice, reports the Philippines News Agency. 
The issue at hand … Brown was allegedly supposed to play a show last New Year’s Eve, but never showed. The promoters of that gig were granted an order to bar Brown from leaving the country in order to get him to pay back money they say they are owed.
Thankfully his lawyers were able to get everything sorted out and made it out of the country without having to go to jail or anything crazy. The bad news is that because of the whole ordealhe’s currently mid-air when he’s supposed to be on stage in Hong Kong.

The eBay auction for Hollywood Madam  Heidi Fleiss ' infamous Black Book is about to gain some huge momentum because the sellers are about to start name dropping some serious names that grace the pages. We're told the plan the owner is going to release 10 A-list client names over the next 10 days to drum up some hype around the sale. As things sit now, the bidding is over $75k but we're told they won't take anything less than $100k.  TMZ broke the story, the long-feared  black book is up to the highest bidder  -- or someone who really wants to buy it and then use it as fire wood.
