We're told the plan the owner is going to release 10 A-list client names over the next 10 days to drum up some hype around the sale. As things sit now, the bidding is over $75k but we're told they won't take anything less than $100k.  TMZ broke the story, the long-feared  black book is up to the highest bidder  -- or someone who really wants to buy it and then use it as fire wood.
