Photo: Sokoto residents rush out to clean streets following cash reward of N1m by state governor

As e reach money, see as men gather. Sokoto state residents have come out in their numbers to clean their streets following the announcement of N1million reward by the state governor, Aminu Tambuwal, to residents of the cleanest streets. Tambuwal yesterday made the announcement as a way to ensure that the state is kept clean. The runner-up street will get N750,000 while the 2nd runner-up will get N500,000.

Stephen Keshi, Sacked Again!!! Why?

I The Nigerian Football Federation has sacked Stephen Keshi as the Head Coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria. The termination of his appointment is contained in a statement released by NFF Executive Committee today Saturday July 4th. The statement in part reads; "Having thoroughly reviewed the reports/findings of the NFF Disciplinary Committee and NFF Technical and Development Committee, as well as having reviewed the actions and inactions of Mr. Stephen Keshi, in the performance of his duties as Super Eagles’ Head Coach.
