Columbus Short Avoids Jail Time, Gets Probation for Bar Assault Case


Columbus Short has managed to avoid going to jail stemming from his brutal assault case. IF you recall, back in March 2014 he beat up a man and broke his nose.

Short pled no contest on Thursday to felony assault for knocking out a guy at a West L.A. restaurant in March 2014. As we previously reported … Short broke the victim’s nose, leaving him bloodied and unconscious.
The ex “Scandal” star was immediately sentenced to 3 years probation, 60 days community labor, and 26 anger management classes. He will also have to pay restitution to the victim.

Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was christened today in a ceremony at St. Mary Magdalene Church on the Sandringham estate of her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. The 2-month-old daughter of Prince William and Princess Kate arrived to the church in a stroller pushed by Kate. The family was greeted by well-wishers who had gathered outside the church to see the fourth-in-line to the British throne. Kate then picked up Charlotte to carry her inside. William held George's hand as they entered and left the church, and George at one point waved to the crowds. Charlotte, born May 2 in London, wore the same christening gown worn by her big brother, Prince George, at his christening.
